DIY Gift Bow

Make a beautiful bow to decorate a present using paper...

Materials:
Paper (wrapping paper, newspaper, origami paper, the choices are endless)
Stapler and staples
Ruler
Pencil
Scissors

Method:
Cut one long strip which will go all the way around your present or gift box.

2
Cut two strips 20 cm long and 2.5 cm wide
Cut two strips 15 cm long and 2.5 cm wide
Cut two strips 10 cm long and 2.5 cm wide

3
Fold the two 20 cm strips in half with their ends overlapping. Cross them over each other and staple in the centre.

Continue this process with the two 15 cm strips, then with the two 10 cm strips.

Pile the crosses on top of each other, largest to smallest. Staple in the centre.

6
Cut a strip of paper 5 cm long and 2.5 cm wide. Fold this around so its ends overlap. Placle it on top of the stack of crosses. Staple to the crosses, avoiding the top of the loop.

7
Wrap the long strip of paper around your present or box, glue in place.

8
Glue bow to box or present.
